Support

Updated October 23, 2026

Help is built into CStoreNexus, on the web and on the phone — an AI support chat that answers any hour, a guide for every screen, and a real team behind every ticket.

AI support chat

Any hour. In the app: Support → AI chat. It answers from the CStoreNexus guide, can email you the conversation, and becomes a ticket with one tap.

Support tickets

Support → Create ticket on the web, or More → Support on the phone. Attach a photo or a screen recording; you are emailed at every step, from Ticket started to Finished.

Training

Training → Learning: a step-by-step guide for every screen, searchable from anywhere in the app.

Get the app

CStoreNexus for iPhone and Android is free for everyone on a CStoreNexus account: App Store · Google Play. Sign in with the same email and password as the web app.

I cannot sign in

CStoreNexus has no self-signup, by design. Access is created for you by the Owner or an Admin on your company's account, in the web app under Settings → Users & Access. If the app says "No account has been set up for you", your address has not been added yet — ask whoever runs your back office, not us; they can do it in under a minute.

If you have access and the password is not working, an Owner can send you a fresh setup link from the same screen. We cannot reset a password for you without your Owner asking, because we have no way to tell from an email alone that you still work there.

The phone app

A number looks wrong

Open a ticket with the station, the business date and the figure you expected — and, if you have it, a photo of the register's own report for that day. Live sales come from the register's journal while the day is open; once the day closes, the accepted shift report is the figure every report uses.

The collector stopped sending

The collector is a small program on the store's office PC that copies the register's files up to your account. If a station has gone quiet, check that the office PC is switched on and on the network before anything else — it accounts for most of them. The Home screen shows each station's last file and how long ago it arrived. If the PC is up and the station is still quiet, write to us with the station name and roughly when it last worked. The collector restarts and updates itself, and Home flags a station that has gone quiet, with how long ago it last sent a file.

The time clock

Deleting your account or your data

An Owner can turn off any person's access at any time, immediately, in Settings → Users & Access. To delete an entire company account and the data in it, write to support@cstorenexus.com from the Owner's address and say so plainly; we confirm before anything is removed. What we keep and for how long is set out in the privacy policy.

Reporting a security problem

Write to support@cstorenexus.com with "security" in the subject line and we will come back to you the same day. Please do not post it publicly first.
